(December 2, 2025) – For the second year in a row, the Sodexo Stop Hunger Foundation is turning Giving Tuesday into a day of giving back—not asking. Today, the Foundation is proud to announce more than $240,000 in grants to 236 community organizations working to end childhood hunger across the United States.

This funding will support three key initiatives:

  • Community Grants – ($90,000) 36 grants awarded to organizations nominated by Sodexo employees who know their community needs better than anyone. Stop Hunger encourages leaning in and giving where you live.
  • K-12 Backpack Grants – ($131,000) 131 grants awarded through our partnership with the Congressional Hunger Center, helping ensure kids have access to nutritious food beyond the classroom.
  • Campus Pantry Grants – ($200,000) 69 grants provided through our collaboration with Swipe Out Hunger, ensuring students don’t have to choose between tuition and meals.

“Giving Tuesday is about generosity, and we believe the best way to honor that spirit is by investing in community programs that make a tangible difference,” said Roxanne Moore, executive director of the Foundation. “Our nonprofit partners are on the front lines of the fight against hunger, and we’re proud to support their efforts.”
